I was in search of a holistic dentist and so glad I found Dr. Herod. I had chronic inflammation that my doctor couldn't figure out and it turned out to be a root canal I had done 20 years earlier was infected. He did an x ray and CT right in his office and recommended I get the tooth removed by a surgeon. It was a process and my body continued to be sick in multiple ways during the months I had to wait for the tooth to be removed (one after another bacterial and viral illnesses), but within 3 days after the extraction I could feel a renewed energy that had been missing for years. I will be getting blood work done soon to see if my inflammation markers have finally improved.

I have been a patient of Dr. Herod for about seven years. He is conscientious, knowledgeable and very personable. He replaced several crowns and applied veneers to some of my teeth and for the first time in my life I am proud of my smile! Thank you Dr. Herod!

Dr. Herrod is the best dentist I’ve had. For years I went to a dentist and one visit, he was there filling in for my dentist. His chairside manner, detailed knowledge, ability to communicate effectively and attention to detail won me over. I told him in that visit that he would have his own practice one day and he just smiled. Months later, i heard he was going to partner with another office. Although I lived close to the location of my past dentist and we had a good relationship, I wanted more to my care. I talked with him and told him that I would change and have him as my dentist. I just felt better about my dental future with Dr. Herrod and it’s a decision Im glad I made. The most immediate thing Dr. Herrod suggested is that I get a more permanent implant. I had been wearing a bridge for years and he suggested a more permanent implant and cosmetic upgrade. I had never been offered such a “hope” of a better overall appearance. It was and still is perfect! I get so many compliments on my smile. I believe this is the reason I met him that day. He has been just as delightful and professional as the first time I met him. The entire staff is so nice and do everything they can to make you comfortable. I used to hate going to the dentist, had terrible anxiety but thats all changed. This practice is unlike any other I've experienced. 10/10 Dr. Herod is the best!

If you are looking for dental practice that checks all the boxes, you have found the right one! I have been a patient of this practice for years. The staff are friendly and respectful, efficient and on time, clean and professional. Dr. Herod does great work and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a holistic dentist.
